Process
Four gates. In order. No skipping.
Most sites go wrong because somebody designed a page before anyone decided what it was supposed to say.
-
01
Strategy
We work out who you are for, what you charge, and what makes someone pick you over the shop down the road. Nothing gets written until that is settled.
Positioning, audience, and the offer in plain words
-
02
Copy
Every page gets written before anything gets designed. Your real prices, your real hours, your real service area. We do not fill space with words that could describe any business.
Every page written and approved
-
03
Design and build
The site gets built on what the copy needs, not the other way round. Static and fast, so it loads before anyone gives up on it.
The site, built and staged for review
-
04
Review
Five checks before anything goes live: does the copy sound like a person, does the page ask for the sale, does it hold up on a phone, is it fast, and can a search engine read it.
Live, and the follow-up system switched on
Why it matters to you
A gate stops when something is missing.
No real prices? We stop and ask. We will not invent a number and quietly hope you catch it later, which is how most agency sites end up with a price on them that nobody at the business agreed to.
It is slower at the start. Much faster after, because nothing gets built twice.
The work you approve is the work that ships.
Start at gate one.
The first call is the front half of strategy. You get the findings whether or not you carry on.
