This page is not final.
It is missing the registered business name, entity type, registered address, governing state. Those cannot be guessed, so they are left blank rather than filled in with something that reads right and is not true. This page should not be published on a live domain until they are added and a lawyer has read it.
The short version: this website does not collect anything about you. No form, no analytics, no tracking cookies. If you call, text or email us, we keep what you send so we can reply and quote for the work. We do not sell it and we never will.
Who we are
Six20AM. Reach us at michael@six20am.com or (940) 400-1097.
What we collect
Using the categories California law uses, so the section further down can refer back:
- Identifiers. Your name, phone number, email address, business name.
- Commercial information. What you asked about and what we quoted.
- Internet activity. Standard server logs only, which can include an IP address and the page requested.
We do not collect geolocation, biometric data, or anything about your browsing on other websites. We do not build a profile on you for visiting this site.
How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you call, text or email.
- Automatically, through hosting server logs kept for security and reliability.
There is no third-party source. We do not buy lists and we do not append data about you from a data broker.
How we use it
- To reply to you and quote for work
- To deliver and support work you hired us for
- To bill you
- To follow up on a conversation you started
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train anything.
Third parties who process it
Only the services we use to run the business. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.
- Email provider, to receive and send your messages.
- Customer records system, to keep track of the conversation and the work.
- Website hosting, which keeps the server logs described above.
- Accounting and payment processing, if you become a client and we invoice you.
We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no session tracking on it. Because we do not track you across other websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off, but we honour it by default in the sense that we never had anything to send.
How long we keep it
- Billing records: seven years, because tax rules require it.
- Enquiries that did not become work: two years, so we can pick up where we left off.
- Active clients: for as long as we work together, and then per the periods above.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.
How we protect it
We lock down the systems that hold your details. Only people who need it to do the work can get to it. That said, nothing online is perfectly safe, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Your rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop sending you marketing
- Stop texting you
- Send you a copy in a portable format
Email michael@six20am.com or call (940) 400-1097. We action requests within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Text messages
If you call, text or email us, we may reply by text about the work you asked us about, and follow up on that conversation.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for help. Or call (940) 400-1097.
- Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to make a purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not run a marketing text campaign and we do not add you to a list because you called us once.
Your California privacy rights
Live in California? The CCPA and CPRA give you extra rights. This section says the same things again, in the shape those laws ask for.
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity, as described above. No sensitive personal information is collected.
Sources: directly from you, and automatically from your device through server logs.
Purposes: to reply, quote, deliver, bill, and meet legal obligations.
Disclosed to: service providers only, in the categories listed above.
Sale or sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not in the last 12 months. There are no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Retention: as set out above.
Your California rights: to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
How to make a request: two ways, either email michael@six20am.com or call (940) 400-1097. An authorised agent may make a request for you if they give us written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to confirm it directly.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
Say we add a contact form. Or analytics. We update this page first, before it goes live, and change the date at the top. The current version always sits at six20am.com/privacy.
Contact for privacy requests

A postal address goes here too. We have not added it yet. It is required before this page goes live.
